THANKFULLY KOPITAR IS OK…

… But hopefully the next time the Kings play the Wings, Dan Cleary won’t be so lucky.

It is unecceptable for Cleary to go unpunished for this, by either the referees or the Kings’ players.  Who would have thought that Raitis Ivanans would have come in handy against the Wings?  Even still, Simmonds or Greene or Brown or O’Donnell… someone has to give Cleary the business.  I’m still waiting for Brown to demolish someone with a hit, I haven’t seen it yet this season, and Cleary gave him an open invitation to be plastered along the boards.  I know more scoring is needed, particularly from the power play, but there is more to winning a game than just getting the puck in the net.

I think this one is pretty obvious.

  1. Agreed. The Kings are by far the wimpiest team in the league, even with Ivanans dressed. DL talks a lot about toughness, fighting, etc, but he doesn’t give TM the players. Brown is the only physical player in the linu-up, and thats embarassing.
