Polls make everything so nice and simple, as Bobby apparently requires.

Operating under the assumption that Richardson and Westgarth have locked up a roster spot, out of the remaining 7 forwards in camp (not counting injured players Cliche or Kaunisto), who do you think makes the team?

Remember, this isn’t really about line combos.  If the Kings go with 7 defenseman and a 23-man roster, then there are 3 forward spots left to fill.  This accounts for the 4th line and 2 healthy scratches each night.

Don’t forget to pick 3 players in this poll.  As I believe the not-so-relevant P. Diddy once said, Vote or Die.

  1. I went with Clifford and Mollerr, they seemed to be the easier choices for me. We need Clifford’s grit and that nasty edge that he can bring to the game. Moller seems to have come of age now in his game, he’s worked on and improved the things he lacked in skating ability, and that should be rewarded. My third pick went to Loktinonov, who also brings a big, physical presesnce to the team, and has demonstrated that he plays a very smart game. I think that he could start on the 4th line and then rise from there, because of the intelligence level of his game.

Now the question remains, what do we do with the rest of the names on that list. Are there maybe some of them that will be traded, to provide other pieces of the puzzle that we are lacking?

  2. Hammond is reporting Moeller to Manchester.
