WHERE CAN WE HIDE BRAYDEN NOW?

We sent him for a fifteen day conditioning stint in Manchester…conditioning stint…still makes me smile. We kept him out of the lineup for a stretch of games before that, all the while avoiding that elusive ninth game. He has played eight. We are running out of places to hide this kid. Any bets that he will be on the fourth line for his ninth game alongside Zeiler and Richardson while King is sent down and Westgarth rests his broken nose? I am putting the odds at 5 to 1 this is happening.

Then again, aren’t the WJCs coming up? So many hiding places. There is also my closet. I managed to keep Heidi there for a couple of days before she got out.

GO KINGS!

  1. too funny!
When do Worlds start? Could he just practice til then and if he goes there to play then
he is still at the same place he is in now?

    • December. Mid December if I recall correctly. I think as long as he doesn’t play that 9th game, he is ours without the formal cap hit and without burning a year of his eligibility. Brayden is in hockey purgatory.

  2. Schenn would be a better answer for what ails the Kings right now then Zeiler will, in my opinion.
