The Kings are on the upswing. The Coyotes are not. While we are in 4th place and boast a +28 goal differential, the Coyotes are in 11th place and are shamed with a -8. They have also scored 4 goals in the last 4 games. That includes a 3-1 loss to the Ducks last night. Still, there is something incredibly annoying about this Phoenix team. Fingernails on a chalk board, the neighbor’s dog that won’t stop barking, a buzzing fly in the family room, I can’t help but want to take a fist to their heads and kick them to a rout in front of their 7,000 fans. On October 21, they caught the Kings shorthanded and won 4-2. I haven’t forgotten that game. The Kings haven’t either. We have taken the Ducks and Sharks to school. Let’s teach these Dogs we are the Alpha Male of the West.

The rink should be full tonight. From what I hear it’s buy one ticket get another free, and more importantly it’s dollar beer night. If they keep that up I might have to plan a road trip.
