One of our readers, Jim, posted the article linked below in one of his comments but I thought the article merited more direct attention. It’s an interesting look into the irrelevance of the enforcer in today’s game as well as the emphasis on skill and speed versus what Terry Murray calls the “heavy” game. It appears Stevie Y. knew exactly the type of coach he wanted for his team, one apparently modeled and molded after the Red Wings, and he got his man in Guy Boucher. I am a little more than jealous.
