damn i miss him. DL needs to get another guy with his skillset and nasty streak back in the line up. Clifford should be stepping up to take on Simmer’s old role, but obvioulsy hasn’t all season.
He did have a good fight against rosehill in Toronto. I feel like he was put on a leash by TM.
… Uggggh. It’s bad enough not having Simmonds here; why must you rub it in?
Also, Hartnell may be a punk, but he’s a punk with 33 points and a +20. I don’t mind punks if they can play.

… I attribute it to a couple of things. One, Clifford barely plays (less than 8 1/2 minutes per game), and two, he’s trying too hard to do too much when he is out there. I didn’t think he was ready to all of a sudden take over Simmonds’ role. He’s still young, hell he still isn’t of age to drink for another couple weeks and change. I still think the World of him, and hopefully he’ll come around somehow.
