ALEXANDER SEMIN SIGNS ANOTHER 1 YEAR DEAL…DAMN…

He was on my radar. The high output Capitals' winger who was due to become an unrestricted free agent in the summer has signed another 1 year deal. I suppose one could argue this makes him more tradeable but I doubt it. The end of the CBA looms for players and franchises.
